Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and highly organised Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Duties
* Managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Organising and maintaining files, records, and databases with attention to detail
* Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, CRM system, and QuickBooks
* Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are coordinated effectively
* Assisting with invoicing, billing, and other financial documentation through QuickBooks
* Maintaining spreadsheets and tracking business activity
* Managing emails and client communications

* Preparing documents and correspondence
* Chasing outstanding documents from clients
* Maintaining spreadsheets and tracking business activity. Have strong Excel experience
* Assisting with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
* Supporting general business organisation and process improvement
Experience
* Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
* Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
* Experience handling confidential information with discretion
* Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices
