Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive NQ-2 yrs PQE
Job type: Permanent, full-time
We have an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified / 1 – 2 years PQE lawyer to join our Corporate team, with a specific focus on charities work.
Working closely with Partners from both the Corporate and Charities teams, you will advise clients on the law surrounding corporate, commercial & charity law issues applying to both incorporated and unincorporated structures.
You will manage a caseload, providing sound advice based on well-rounded analysis. You will draft client documentation, respond to enquiries and undertake some of your own business development / marketing.

Ideally you will have had some experience or exposure to corporate or trusts work and have some lived experience of charity or NGO work. A passion or enthusiasm in this area is highly desirable!
