As a key player in one of the Big Four Accountancy firms, you will be instrumental in delivering a 5-star experience to all our stakeholders. Your role will encompass everything from overseeing our onsite café to managing food and beverage orders for meetings and events.
Key Details
Type of Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, on a shift rota basis between 7 AM and 5:30 PM; overtime may be required for events as needed)

Your Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service to clients and guests, ensuring all duties meet the highest standards.
* Oversee client reception and provide comprehensive office support.
* Build rapport within the business, acting as a key point of contact for office support.
* Manage client bookings and hospitality requests with finesse.
* Fulfill and set up all Food and Beverage requests for our clients.
* Maintain vending and coffee machines, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
* Oversee the onsite café, managing stock orders and displays.
* Set up meeting rooms and service all working meals and fine dining experiences.
* Organize and support internal and external on-site events, including F&B service.
* Conduct stock-taking procedures and perform light cleaning duties as needed.
