Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to provide strong administrative support for our InterpretersLive! on-demand video interpreting service. Working closely with our InterpretersLive! liaising with both hearing and D/deaf clients.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Full time office based in Redditch, Worcestershire. Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm.
2. Provide full operational support for our InterpretersLive! service and client implementation for sales team
3. Customer and Interpreter support
4. Technical support for clients
5. Onboard and maintain language service professional supply chain
6. Reporting of management information data
7. Manage, arrange and coordinate training requests
Qualifications
Essential skills/qualifications/experience:
* British Sign Language skills are preferred but not essential
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Good knowledge of IT and windows based applications
* Proactive
* Demonstrates leadership and management skills
