About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Resident Services Assistant to support all front of house services, including administration, compliance, resident engagement and events for this Vibrant Build to Rent development.
About You
* A strong customer service background with a passion for helping others
* A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive mindset
* A warm, friendly, and approachable personality
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Confidence using IT systems and social media platforms
* Experience conducting property viewings (desirable but not essential)
* Previous experience in a Build to Rent setting is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver first-class customer service as the first point of contact for residents and visitors
* Organise and host monthly resident events and initiatives to enhance community engagement
* Respond to rental enquiries, conduct viewings, and support the lettings process
* Complete applicant vetting in line with company procedures
* Maintain up-to-date marketing listings across all platforms
* Manage resident communications across multiple channels, including social media
* Act as the first point of contact for maintenance issues and coordinate contractor appointments
