Systems Engineer – Defence Sector
Location: Hybrid Bristol (2 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonuses + Benefits + Progression

About the Role
You will be working for a leading engineering consultancy looking to grow their systems engineering and MBSE capability within the defence sector.
You’ll help clients modernise and optimise their engineering processes — from early concept development through to in-service delivery.
You’ll:
* System design, modelling, and integration activities.
* Define and implement MBSE
* Configure and manage toolsets.
* Apply systems engineering best practices across live projects.
What You’ll Need
* SysML and MBSE frameworks
* Strong understanding of the full systems engineering lifecycle.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Desirable:
* Background in aerospace, defence, or energy.
* Familiarity with DOORS, Matlab/Simulink
