We are looking for a driven and ambitions Recruitment Consultant for this 360 role, where you will be managing and developing relationships with new and existing clients / candidates. Ideally you will have previous education recruitment experince, however applicants from other recruitment sectors who are looking for a fast paced and rewarding role are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing
Running a full 360 desk across SEND, Secondary or Primary schools depending on your previous experience and best fit
Building brilliant relationships with both candidates and schools
Recruiting and placing quality teachers and support staff
Driving new business, networking and growing your presence

Experience in recruitment (education experience ideal but not essential)

£28,000 – £37,000 basic salary DOE
