Are you passionate about learning and development, highly organised and tech‑savvy with LMS systems? We’re looking for a proactive & detail‑oriented Learning Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Development Team to help shape meaningful learning experiences across our business.

As a Learning Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our learning systems and programmes run smoothly, supporting our Talent Development Specialists and the wider team to deliver high‑quality, impactful development opportunities. You’ll help us create a culture of continuous learning and growth.


What you’ll do

* Act as a super‑user of our LMS (Kallidus), managing content, processes, and system maintenance.
* Coordinate and support the delivery of training courses, development programmes, and CPD activities.
* Manage incoming training requests and maintain accurate records.
* Support and, where confident, facilitate company induction days and activities.
* Assist with professional learning agreements, subscriptions, and charterships.
* Collaborate with Talent Development Specialists to design and deliver tailored learning solutions.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and suggest improvements.
* Monitor performance against timeframes and budgets.
* Contribute to wider Talent Development projects based on capacity and interests.
* Champion the 70/20/10 learning model and promote diverse development opportunities.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date budget records to support the effective planning, monitoring, and reporting of Learning and Development activities.


What you’ll bring

* A strong commitment to supporting high‑quality learning experiences.
* Experience in L&D or HR administration, ideally in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
* Proven excellence in using Microsoft Office and LMS platforms (Kallidus experience is a plus).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
