Our Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES) Department leverages extensive manufacturing know-how for enlightened enterprise systems. Key areas of responsibility: Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 environments Oversee the maintenance and support of server infrastructure and networks Develop and manage user accounts, groups and licences Implement and maintains security measures to safeguard data and applications Ensures the organisation adheres to regulatory compliance requirements Provides technical support and troubleshooting issues and training to end-users Manage backup solutions and restoring data when necessary Serve as the primary point of contact for client partners and internal stakeholders regarding IT services Builds and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their IT service needs are met. Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide service updates, performance reports, and address any concerns Skills & Experience: L3 Admin, the O365 / Intune / MDM as an Admin Hands-on experience with Office 365 and other related Microsoft technologies In-depth knowledge of networking, security protocols and IT best practices Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user computing systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and analytical thinking with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed. Occasional travel may be required depending on client or vendor needs. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications: ITIL, COBIT, or related certifications in IT governance and service management. PMP certification is a plus.
