Job Title: Sports Coach / Learning Support

Salary: £460 – £650 per week

About the Role:
This role is ideal for individuals from a sports coaching, fitness or active background who are looking to transition into education. You will not be working as a traditional sports coach every day, but your skills will be used to support behaviour, engagement and learning across a range of subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
* Supervise and support students across KS3 and KS4
* Use sports and coaching experience to encourage engagement and participation
* Support students with behaviour, focus and emotional regulation
* Assist in practical or PE-based activities when required
* Build positive relationships with students to promote learning
* Contribute to a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
* Background in sports coaching, fitness, youth work or similar active roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident managing groups of young people
* Calm, consistent and adaptable approach
* Passion for supporting young people’s development
