About VYZR
VYZR is redefining digital advertising in the fitness space. We operate a growing network of high-impact LED screens inside premium gyms, giving brands unrivalled access to a captive, health-conscious audience. Our mission is to make in-gym advertising more strategic, scalable, and data-driven.
As we expand our footprint across the UK, we’re looking for a commercially-minded Business Development Manager to drive new advertiser acquisition and help scale our partner ecosystem. If you have experience selling DOOH or working with media agencies, and want to join an ambitious, high-growth company at the forefront of audience-led screen media - this role is for you.
What you'll be doing
* Proactively generate new business across both national and regional brands, media buyers, and agencies
* Build and manage a pipeline of advertising clients from first contact through to signed campaign deals
* Develop compelling proposals that align VYZR’s gym network with client campaign objectives
* Present our inventory, insights, and capabilities in a way that cuts through and wins confidence
* Attend industry events, pitch meetings, and agency briefings to build relationships and drive awareness
* Feed back market intelligence and client requirements to help shape our ad product and growth roadmap
Who you are
* Proven track record in DOOH, media sales, or agency partnerships (2+ years)
* A natural relationship builder who can open doors and close deals
* Confident pitching face-to-face and virtually, with solid understanding of advertising metrics and campaign ROI
* Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited to help shape a fast-moving startup
* Comfortable working independently and contributing to the sales strategy

Hybrid – North West / Greater Manchester preferred (open to remote)

* Base + uncapped commission (OTE £40–£70k+ depending on experience)
