Job Summary
The Festival Manager works with the Artistic Director and Chair of the Board of Trustees to organise, promote and deliver the annual two week Festival, together with the programme of music, arts and educational events throughout the year.
Reports to the Chair of Trustees. 4 days/week, salary £30,000.
Job Description
* Office Management – acting as general manager and admin team leader.
* Event management – managing and planning all events year round.
* Assisting with fundraising and grant support.
* Programming educational outreach events and building local partnerships in the cultural sector.
Job Requirements
* Experience in managing events in the cultural sector, ideally including music.
* Creating and managing arts sector budgets and operating plans.
* Knowledge of office IT and use of social media in the sector.
* The role is hybrid – ideally 2 to 3 days a week office based in King's Lynn, with remainder remote if relevant.
* Team management skills.

KLF has a deserved reputation for showcasing international artists at historical venues around King's Lynn and West Norfolk, putting on over 35 concerts and events in July each year, followed by year round performances and educational events. Founded on classical music, the Festival now covers most music genres, art and lectures in its broad programme.
