Location: Newcastle NE3, NE4 & NE63
Salary: £12.52 - £12.77 per hour dependent on experience + £60 per sleep
Hours: Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
A respected and growing provider of childrens residential care is looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join their team. Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day care and support
Build positive, trusting relationships
Support emotional, social, and educational development
Help maintain a safe, structured setting
Participate in activities and daily routines
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people essential
Must hold a full UK driving licence
Calm, resilient, and empathetic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible to work shifts, including sleep-ins
NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or willingness to achieve it
