£42,000 + £250 bonus per month based on Ofsted and occupancy

Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for transforming the lives of children?
Brook Street Social Care is working urgently with a valued client to recruit a Registered Manager for a children's residential service in Kirkham, Preston.
This home supports children aged approximately 7-18 with emotional behavioural difficulties and work towards therapeutic care.
What We're Looking For:
1. Ideally hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children and Young People
2. Level 3 or Level 4 Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent qualification
3. Proven experience managing children's residential homes
4. Must have a solid understanding and track record of working with children and young people who have come from a background of trauma
5. Confident leadership to guide the home, staff team and young people in care
Salary & Bonus Package:
6. Base salary: £42,000 plus monthly occupancy and Ofsted bonuses
