Regional Sales Director, North America (Relocation Opportunity)
Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid/on-site)

Our North America HQ in Toronto opened in 2022 and now accounts for half our global revenue. After achieving 155% last financial year, this is a unique opportunity to inherit an established team of Senior Consultants.
We are looking for an experienced UK based leader who is open to relocating, to inherit this $2.5m business (easy Visa process).

The Role:
Reporting to the Global Sales Director, you'll lead a team of consultants with responsibility for performance, coaching, forecasting, client development, and overall execution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building and developing a high-performance team culture
* Driving accountability through structured planning, pipeline reviews, and clear expectations
* Deepening strategic client relationships and identifying commercial growth opportunities
* Partnering with our training function to develop the next generation of leaders
About You:
* Existing recruitment or sales leadership experience within a B2B environment
* Strong track record of developing consultants and improving performance
* Organised, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
* Commercially minded and effective managing strategic relationships
* Motivated by helping others succeed.
