Freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Flexible, Commission-Based
We're on a mission to improve access to basic amenities for the UK's mobile workforce – and we need your help.
TAL (Take A Leak) is a new platform helping mobile workers (like engineers, carers, and delivery drivers) find welcoming venues offering toilets, seating, and other essential amenities. We're looking for a motivated freelance SDR to help us grow our network of partner venues across the UK.
What you'll do:
* Identify and reach out to independent cafés, community spaces, and other suitable venues
* Clearly explain how TAL works and the benefits of joining (free exposure, increased footfall, positive social impact)
* Support them through a simple onboarding process
Commission structure:
* £35 per venue
that signs up and is successfully verified by our team
- Up to £50 per venue
if additional amenities are offered (these being a microwave, boiling water, sanitary products)
- No cap on earnings – the more you convert, the more you earn
You'll be a goof fit if you:
* Are confident with in-person, phone and email outreach
* Have a friendly, professional manner
* Are self-motivated and happy to work remotely and flexibly
* Understand the power of clear, honest communication
