We’re on the lookout for Health Care Assistants to join our team in the S44 Area. Low secure unit.
Salary + Benefits: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour + holiday pay + pension + A referral bonus—£200 for referring a Support Worker, £300 for referring an RMN/RNLD

About the Role:
You will provide consistent, person-centred support to a client who requires personal care due to incontinence and can display challenging behaviour. These behaviours are well-managed with the right structure, routine, and experienced support.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
* Supporting clients in achieving their rehabilitation and development goals.
* Assisting with daily living tasks and meaningful activities.
* Facilitating community engagement and social participation.
* Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
* Managing complex behaviours and associated risks.
* Providing specialist support for individuals with acquired brain injuries, mental health difficulties & learning disabilities.
Working Hours:
Shifts will be shared among a dedicated team supporting this client, who has regular respite days, meaning you may not be required to work on one of the three allocated days. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across other units within Nottinghamshire.
Requirements:
* MAPA/PMVA preferred but not essential—full training is provided!
