Bank Scrub Practitioner- Springfield Hospital - Bank Hours

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong clinical background in acute surgical care. They will assist in driving sustainable excellence in the safety and quality of care and services.

They will support the Quality agenda by monitoring achievements against required standards, identifying risks to quality of care and services and planning, recommending /implementing changes for continuous improvement.

Our hospital is conveniently located on the outskirts of Chelmsford with plenty of free parking onsite. We also offer outreach clinics in Southend and Brentwood enabling you access to our expert consultants and diagnostics close to home.Our consultants are supported by a team of highly skilled and friendly nursing staff who have your care and comfort as their highest priority and our Resident Medical Officer who is on site 24 hours a day.

ODP level 3 or equivalent qualification
Sound computer skills and knowledge
A registered member with the HCPC or NMC
Strong Scrub experience

A proven track record and evidence of successfully delivering a change agenda to enhance quality and efficiency.
Comprehensive understanding of relevant legal and professional care/practice standards and evidence of supporting ongoing professional development.
