About The Pierce Perspective
The Pierce Perspective is a growing mental health charity based in Leicestershire, linking horticulture and wellbeing. We run community projects, workshops, school programmes, and wellbeing retreats designed to help people reconnect with nature and improve mental health.
We’re looking for a motivated and organised Personal Assistant to support our CEO, Andy Pierce, with the day‑to‑day running of the charity. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a meaningful organisation making a genuine impact.
The Role
You’ll be working directly with Andy to help manage a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks, including:
* Managing and responding to emails
* Helping coordinate volunteers and workshop schedules
* Taking notes and minutes at meetings
* Assisting with event planning and diary management
* Supporting project organisation and follow‑ups
* Helping prepare documents and reports for trustees or partners
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confident using email, Word, and Excel (or willing to learn)
* A warm, professional approach and a passion for helping others
* An interest in mental health, sustainability, or community work is a huge bonus
