We are writing a new and excitingchapter in the history of The Belfry. A major expansion and renovation projecthas begun at our resort, due for completion in Autumn 2025. FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Foodand Beverage Department at the Belfry has four main outlets. The RyderRestaurant boasts 2 AA rosettes and offers a unique dining experience with itslive theatre kitchen, serving up to 700 meals daily. Sam's Bar & Kitchencaters to sports enthusiasts with a variety of dishes, accommodating up to 250guests and serving 500 covers per day, including an outdoor patio duringsummer. Rocca's restaurant provides a family-friendly atmosphere with AfternoonTeas and Mediterranean cuisine. The Brabazon Bar is a versatile meeting placeoffering light dishes, Afternoon Tea, and cocktails crafted by skilledmixologists throughout the day.
The on-target earning potential for this role is a £31,660.60 annualsalary, comprising a base salary of £29,578.00 supplemented by an estimated £2,082.60in gratuities per annum, ensuring a rewarding compensation package.
