Job overview
The EOC Document, Communications and Engagement Manager is responsible for devising, preparing, leading, and delivering on all EOC internal communications, and engagement related activities.
This includes document management and governance of all EOC Standard Operating Procedures, EOC Instructions and associated policy/procedural documents, creating and implementing robust communications and engagement plans, and facilitating staff communications, engagement, and involvement events.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will ensure there are EOC specific internal communication and engagement processes in place to provide appropriate updates across the Teams, such as email communications, newsletters/ EOC Hub news blasts, urgent update communications, overseeing the EOC Hub SharePoint page and daily management of the shared EOC email inbox, including responding to any queries on behalf of the Senior EOC Leadership Team.

1. Educated to Post-Graduate Level in a relevant subject, or equivalent level of qualification, or equivalent previous experience.

3. Excellent knowledge of using social media, particularly in the planned way, for example using tools to plan campaigns.

6. Previous experience working within the EOC with sound knowledge of the EOC ESOPs and EIs.
