They are looking to appoint a Building Services Manager to oversee the mechanical and electrical services on a flagship super-prime mansion project in Wiltshire. This is a rare opportunity to work on an exceptional private residence where the quality of engineering, detailing and finishing standards are among the highest in the industry. The initial scheme is an 18-month programme, and with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across the West Country, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to move onto further schemes once the project completes. The business operates exclusively in the ultra high-end residential sector, collaborating with leading architects, consultants and designers to deliver complex refurbishments and new builds for prestigious private clients. The Role As Building Services Manager, you will take responsibility for coordinating and managing all mechanical and electrical services from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. Working closely with the Project Director, consultants and specialist subcontractors, you will ensure the seamless integration of all building services across a technically demanding project. Key responsibilities include: Managing and coordinating all M&E services throughout the construction lifecycle Reviewing technical designs and resolving coordination challenges Ensuring successful installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, security and specialist systems Leading services coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors Monitoring installation progress and maintaining programme alignment Identifying risks and proactively resolving technical issues Overseeing testing, commissioning and final handover of building services systems This role will play a central part in ensuring the services package is delivered to the exceptional standards expected on a super-prime residential scheme. To be considered, you will likely have: Experience as a Building Services Manager, M&E Manager or similar A background in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering Experience managing M&E packages on construction projects Strong understanding of building services coordination and installation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience delivering high-end residential, refurbishment or technically complex projects would be advantageous.
