Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Pump Engineer required to join a leading engineering manufacturer.
The Successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Pump Engineer will provide mechanical repair, service and maintenance at customer sites, UK wide on pumps, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment machinery.
The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Pump Engineer will ideally have a mechanical service background in industrial / rotating engineering products such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, valves, filtration, plant machinery and or similar mechanical engineering equipment.

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Pump Engineer Role
* Provide mechanical repair, service and maintenance at customer sites, UK wide on pumps, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment machinery.
* The Pump Engineer will undertake planned and preventative maintenance at customer sites across the UK.
* Installing pump systems and gearboxes into all forms of the manufacturing industry.
* Perform emergency breakdown fault finding and repairs on various pump and diesel driven equipment.
* Liaise with various engineering departments.
Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Pump Engineer Requirements
* Ideally have a mechanical service background in industrial / rotating engineering products such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, valves, filtration, plant machinery and or similar mechanical engineering equipment.
* Will hold an Engineering Qualification of at least a Level 3 NVQ / be apprentice trained.
* Proven pump engineers / rotating equipment engineers are highly encouraged to apply.
* Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Service Technician, Hydraulic Engineer, Mobile Engineer, Mechanical Fitter, Workshop Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Installation Engineer, Pump Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or similar.
* The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
* Willingness to visit customer sites across the UK.
