HP Indigo Operator
£28,000 – £30,000 + Overtime (negotiable, dependant on experience)
We are seeking a skilled HP Indigo Operator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on Indigo experience to develop their career in a busy, supportive, and forward-thinking print department.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience operating HP Indigo Series 3, 4, or 5 presses, with operator training at Level 1 or 2. If you are detail-oriented, technically capable, and looking to build on your expertise, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate HP Indigo digital presses to deliver consistently high-quality printed materials in a fast-paced production environment.
* Set up, manage, and monitor digital print jobs, ensuring substrates, colour profiles, and client specifications are met to the highest standards.
* Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance to maximise machine performance and minimise downtime.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with company health and safety procedures.
* Support additional production requirements, including operating the Wide Format Printer and Cutter when needed.
About You
* Proven experience operating HP Indigo presses (Series 3, 4, or 5).
* Operator trained to Level 1 or 2 on one of these machine series.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
* Flexible and reliable, with a willingness to work overtime during busy periods.
* Eager to expand your skills and support across different print processes.
Hours & Shifts
* 40 hours per week, working double-day shifts on a rotating pattern:
* Early week: Tuesday to Saturday, 6am – 2pm
* Late week: Monday to Thursday, 2pm – 12am
