We are expanding our clinical team and are seeking Private General Dentists and Specialist Dentists to join our established, patient-focused private practices in Kettering and Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.

About You
We are looking for dentists who are:
* Ethical and patient-centred in their approach
* Confident delivering high-quality private care
* Team-oriented and comfortable working within a multidisciplinary clinic
* Motivated to develop clinically and professionally
Specialist interests are welcomed, including (but not limited to):
Orthodontics, Endodontics, Implants, Periodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry
The Role
* Deliver high-quality private dental care within your scope of practice
* Carry out thorough consultations and ethical treatment planning
* Work closely with General Dentists, Specialists, and multiple Treatment Coordinators
* Contribute to internal referrals and collaborative care
* Provide an excellent, patient-focused experience throughout the treatment journey
Earning Potential
With a treatment‑coordinated, led consultation system, current clinicians generate £3,000–£6,000 per day gross, dependent on experience, scope of practice, availability, and patient demand.
This reflects existing performance within the clinic and is not guaranteed.
