Role Overview

* Support store management in back-of-house operations and communicate effectively with the Store Manager
* Manage a team to ensure accurate stock processes in an efficient, safe environment
* Create a motivating atmosphere that encourages your team to perform at their best
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all activities, adapting to change and working alongside your team
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs
