Ferguson Resource Group is growing fast, and we're looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly.

Experience with Xero is a bonus, but not essential. We'll train you. What matters most is reliability, accuracy, and a proactive approach.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing invoicing & finances (creating invoices using Xero, chasing payments, ensuring bills are paid)
* Overseeing hiring pipelines, coordinating right to work checks, and organising start dates
* Handling pensions, compliance documents, and HR admin
* Keeping our internal systems organised (Drive, Calendar, Docs, Gmail)
* Managing staff onboarding: contracts, DBS checks, references
* Updating internal rotas, schedules, and holidays
* Ordering supplies and overseeing stock
* Answering phones, responding to emails, and resolving issues quickly
* Supporting managers with reports, meetings, and general office coordination

Role Details
* Contract: Full-time, Permanent
* Hours: 40 per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)
* Location: Hornby Office
* Start Date: December/January
* Salary: £29,000–£30,000 per year (above industry average)
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* DBS check (organised on joining)
* CRM experience – 2/3 years
* MS Office including Excel essential
* Supervisory or Management experience in a similar role
* Strong organisational skills – 2/3 years
* Customer service experience – 2/3 years
* Office management experience – 5 + years
