Your new role
We are seeking a full-time SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will:
1. Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
2. Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored interventions.
3. Engage pupils in outdoor learning and Forest School activities.
4. Foster positive relationships and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

What you'll need to succeed
5. Experience working with children with SEN, particularly SEMH, ASD, and ADHD.
6. Resilience, empathy, and adaptability to meet diverse needs.
7. Ability to build trust and encourage positive behaviour.
8. A full UK driving licence (essential for travel between sites and activities).
9. A passion for outdoor learning and creative approaches to education.
