Duties

Business Process Support:
* Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows and suggest improvements.

Reporting and Documentation:
* Develop and maintain reports on system performance, downtime, and IT support ticket metrics.
* Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions for recurring issues.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
* Liaise with external IT service providers or software vendors for timely service delivery.
