We are searching for a motivated and engaging individual to join us in delivering an exciting programme of employability support. This role will provide one to one employability support to individuals to help them overcome their barriers to employment with the goal of moving into employment. The ideal candidate will be empathetic and proactive with a creative and innovative approach to engagement and employability support with excellent interpersonal skills.
To be responsible for supporting a caseload of participants, managing the recruitment, retention, training and development of those (aged 16 and over) using a variety of techniques, including collaborative conversation, individual coaching and personal support, building on positive relationships and developing effective processes to identify and overcome barriers as a pathway to employment assetout in the relevant guidance.
To create momentum for participant change using collaborative communication skills to communicatebothacceptanceandempathywhilstfocussinguponthemostcentraland important issues and dilemmas in order to provide the right support at the right time.
