This role supports the management team in running a smooth shop operation during the day. core responsibilities ·Maintain good relationships and communication with all the shop's team. Work together to ensure the shop, kitchen and delivery business are kept in line with itsu standards. Attend & complete relevant compliance training and relevant section training to learn about itsu standards. Complete and keep up to date with the learning portal. Communicate appropriately with everyone in the team and customers. Maintain the required uniform standards, following all PPE standards required. Support on-going training needs for the shop. Fish star Support training needs for fish section, when needed Hospitality Know and follow the 6 Hospitality Steps at all times and Mystery Shopper standards at all times Serve customers efficiently, politely, and quickly in an engaging manner. Take the time to respond to customers' needs whilst delivering hospitable service. Follow Front of House (FOH) standards by maintaining beautiful displays, merchandising, and clean seating area as per "How To' Reduce queues through pace with a customer first attitude. Ensure products are served according to itsu standards. Ask for help when needed to respond to customer questions and complaints. Greet and acknowledge customers within the shop, offering assistance when needed. Maintain delivery standards as per 'How to' and engage with our delivery drivers. Use service bell when required. quality Produce beautiful food following the itsu standards in an efficent and safe environment. Always follow the 5 Food Safety Focuses (5FSF) and 5 Food Quality Focuses (5FQF) Follow the First In First Out (FIFO) standards and report any Out of Date (OOD) products found to the management team. Adhere to all aspects of Food safety and health and safety in accordance with the Law & itsu standards. Always follow Corrrect To Recipe (CTR) standards. Report immediately any qaulity issues you see to the management team. Follow the itsu standards as per 'How To' books. Report immediatelty any food safety or health and safety issues you see to the management team. Complete the Due Diligence Diary (DDD), correctly, when required. Support the management team in achieving a EHO 5 stars rating. Demonstrate and maintain a good knowledge of shop processes and standards, relating to your role. Maintain an immaculately clean and safe shop by following the Cleaning Around The Clock (CATC) and Cleaning As You Go (CAYG) cleaning processes Fish star To follow the 'How to' standards for the fish section. Profability Reach and maintain the productivity guidelines in your section. Report any maintenance issues to the management team. Record and report any waste to the management team. Operate and clean equipment as per 'How To' standards. Fish Star Control waste in the fish section by following itsu standards.
