Housing Resolution Officer (Scale 6): We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Housing Resolution Officer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Requirements
* A relevant qualification in Housing, Social Work, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a housing support or advisory role.
* Strong understanding of housing legislation and local housing policies.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* Demonstrated empathy and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
