Role: QA (Food Manufacturing)

Pay: Up to £14.85 per hour (DOE)
Type: Temp to Perm, Full-time
Hours: Rotating shifts - 6am-2:15pm | 2pm-10:15pm | 8am-4:30pm
Transport: Due to the location and varying shift patterns, own transport is essential.

ISQ Recruitment is seeking a QA to join a respected food manufacturing business near Norfolk IP26. This is a fantastic chance to join a growing technical team in a business that values quality, consistency, and safety in every product it delivers. You'll be responsible for ensuring the company continues to meet food safety and quality standards throughout the production process. This hands-on role would suit someone detail-oriented, methodical, and keen to develop within a supportive environment.
Competitive hourly rate - up to £14.85 DOE
Hours: Rotating shifts - 6am-2:30pm | 1:30pm-10:00pm | 8:30am-5.00pm What You'll Be Doing
Perform daily quality and compliance checks across production areas.
Assess raw materials and finished products against set specifications.
Record and report any non-conformance's or issues to your Line Manager.
Ensure product shelf-life tests are completed accurately and on schedule.
Review and maintain production records and quality documentation.
Retain and store product samples according to procedure. What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a QA or QC role within a food manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of food safety and compliance requirements.
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential).
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
