FLT & Pickup driver Our successful Skelmersdale Branch is currently looking for an FLT & Pickup Driver to join our external, yard-based team. This is a hands-on role supporting yard operations and completing local deliveries and drop-offs. A full clean UK driving licence is required. Duties are varied and will include: * Assisting customers with collections and queries * Picking and packing orders accurately * Loading and unloading vehicles safely * Storing stock safely and securely in the yard * Maintaining a tidy, safe working environment * Completing local deliveries and drop-offs (supporting both branches as required) What You’ll Need * Counterbalance FLT licence (required) * Full clean UK driving licence (required) * Previous Timber/Builders Merchant experience is an advantage * You will be working with customers daily, so we are looking for someone who is: * Friendly and approachable * Proactive and reliable * Hard-working with a positive attitude * Accurate with strong attention to detail The Details Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to £28,572 per year Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm (Monday to Friday) Saturdays overtime Location: Skelmersdale (in person)
