F&B Manager - MOXY Milton Keynes
This position is based on a full time contract.
Gross Annual Salary - £31373

Main Tasks and responsibilities
Operate and manage Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
Ordering and inventoty
Supporting other Crew Members /Leaders with:
Helping guests and creating positive experiences
Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
Manage all bills and payments correctly
Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
Training team for their development

Useful Experience
Experience within the service industry
Management experience with leading the team
Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws is a plus
Personal experience of travel and travel industry
