* Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations, including balance sheets.
* Accruals and prepayments.
* Maintain and update financial records in line with company policies.
* Variance analysis, and supporting with the P&L.
* Collaborate with internal departments to address financial queries and discrepancies.
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the accounting & finance team.
* Contribute to process improvements within financial operations.
Profile
A Successful Senior Finance Assistant Should Have
o Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and variance analysis.
o Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a keen eye for detail.
o Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
o Part qualified.
o The ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Job Offer
A salary of up to £40,000 and hybrid working. The right candidate will need to be immediately available or on a short notice period.
