Working Hours: 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE)
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive HR Advisor to join our HR Team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of a proactive and customer focused HR Service across the organisation.
Alongside the current HR Team, this role will provide effective support, guidance and advice to managers and colleagues on a comprehensive range of HR matters including employee relations, policy and process, recruitment, training and development.
Location
Nunnery Depot – Hybrid working arrangements can be discussed – minimum 2 days on site per week
