Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early yearsyears practitioner to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young children, guiding them in their academic and personal development. This role requires a blend of management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Duties
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.
* Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
* Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and cooperation among students.
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise.
* Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events to contribute to the school community.
Skills
* Strong management skills to maintain an organised classroom environment.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and motivate students.
* Experience working with children in various capacities, including childcare or nursery settings.
* Background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.

Pay: £25,600.00-£31,698.00 per year
