We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Occupational Health (OH) Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting the efficient delivery of occupational health services, with approximately 80% of the responsibilities focused on administrative support. This is a hybrid role with 3 days on site, 2 days WFH.
You will manage the OH database (Cohort), provide statistical data analysis, and support the OH Manager and wider team with record-keeping, tracking via Excel, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Occupational Health team (approx. 80% of the role)
* Maintain and manage the Cohort database
* Generate reports and analyse statistical health data
* Support tracking and reporting using Excel spreadsheets
* Assist with filing, document control, and minute-taking
What We’re Looking For:
* A confident, self-motivated individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
* A minimum of A-levels with 5 GCSEs (A–C grades)
* Experience in admin or secretarial roles
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for health & wellbeing
* Accurate and confident minute-taking experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
* Able to work under pressure and adapt to a busy environment
* A strong team player with the ability to build productive working relationships
This is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35
