Due to continued growth, my client are looking for a talented Senior Hardware Engineer, who will have a critical part to play in their end-to-end product development journey. This role spans the entire hardware development cycle - designing cutting-edge solutions, developing and testing prototypes, and collaborating with production teams for seamless product launch. You'll also play a key role in developing graduate engineers, sharing your expertise to develop the next generation of talent. Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of advanced test tools for global clients
* Contribute across the full product lifecycle: from initial concept/design, developing prototypes, validation and production handover
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, reliable products for the worlds major tech organisations
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
* Help shape and evolve the future direction of the hardware development team
* Play a key role in driving innovation and continuous improvement within the hardware development function
About You:
* Solid experience in developing hardware products, including circuit design and schematic creation
* Product lifecycle experience, an understanding of what it takes to design and create a robust product for market
* PCB layout skills
* Mentorship/coaching capabilities
