We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when required.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
* Uphold the highest standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and provide outstanding service.
* Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and managing tabs efficiently.
* Demonstrated time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
