Envirovent is growing and we need Management accountant who can help us scale smarter, streamline our processes, and deliver a top-tier customer experience. Working closely with the Finance Director this role offers a significant opportunity to contribute to the financial strategy and operational efficiency of a growing organisation

•Presenting key financial insights that help steer the company
•Overseeing accounting procedures and making sure everything adds up
•Preparing forecasts, budgets, and risk analyses like the financial wizard you are
•Analysing performance to spot trends, improvements, and golden opportunities
•Supporting the Board with invaluable data, analyses on commercial contracts, and accurate reporting
•Keeping our monthly, quarterly, and annual reports accurate and on point
•Minimising financial risks and managing capital expenditure
•Driving continuous improvements in our accounting practices
•Staying sharp and up to date with financial regulations
•Collaborating with internal stakeholders providing analysis and data as required
What you'll bring
•A recognised accounting qualification (ACMA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience
•3+ years in management or financial accounting
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices UK GAAP/IFRS
•Confidence with accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks) and Advanced Excel skills
•Experience in budgeting, forecasting & financial modelling
•Analytical brilliance, problem-solving and decision-making skills
•The ability to explain financial information clearly, with strong interpersonal skills.
•Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
•A team spirit with the independence to drive things forward.
