Responsibilities :
1. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel welcomed and well looked after.
2. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate luxury products.
3. Maintain a high standard of product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries.
4. Assist with product demonstrations and fittings to enhance the customer experience.
5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of cash and card payments.
6. Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective store operations and visual merchandising standards.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide valuable insights to customers.
10. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
