Job Summary
We are looking for a kitchen Showroom assistant- Lead taker to support a growing kitchen showroom.
Your responsibility is to welcome customers, handle enquiries, and book clients in to be passed on to a designer. No sales involved.
Responsibilities
* Speaking to walk-in customers and letting them browse comfortably
* Answering basic questions about kitchen styles and finishes, colours.
* Capturing the customers requirements
* Booking home visits or design appointments
* Dealing with enquiries by phone, email, and in-store
* Keeping the showroom tidy & presentable
Requirements
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Smart appearance and professional
* Ability to remain friendly and approachable
* Computer literate
