Person Specification
* Must have UK QTS or be in the process of obtaining it
* Strong academic background: Degree, A Levels, GCSEs
* Meet the 8 Teaching Standards at a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' level
* Ability to work as part of a large team
* Willingness to accept feedback
