£21,940 to £24,071 (actual salary)

At Woodside, we specialise in educating young people with an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team and work in our wonderful school with our exceptional students and staff.
Your New Role:
We are currently looking to appoint a Forest School Teacher (Unqualified) to join our team at our outdoor setting for students aged 11-19 in Leicestershire on a full-time, permanent basis.
We seek a passionate individual experienced in helping develop children in line with their academic and pastoral targets.
The successful candidate will deliver small group sessions in a setting designed to foster trust and emotional engagement, providing a nurturing environment for students with autism and helping them process new information based on their manifestations of autism.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children and young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions.
Working Hours:
* Monday - Friday (08:30am-15:30pm)
* Term Time Only, 190 contact days
* 5 inset days
