Job overview The Workforce & Resourcing team is looking to appoint to a new role within the ESR & Expenses team. This key position will involve supporting the ESR & Expenses Manager and the Workforce Reporting Manager, by helping to develop and implement processes to ensure the best possible data quality in our workforce systems. The successful applicant will assist with the preparation and distribution of timely and accurate reports, helping to ensure that the Trust has robust workforce plans in place. The role involves co-ordinating the issuance and maintenance of Care Identity smart cards (physical and virtual), ensuring that all eligible people who work with the Trust can access our clinical records systems through the Spine. Advert To provide administrative support to the ESR & Expenses Manager and the Workforce Reporting Manager, supporting the delivery of the ESR & Expenses systems and other workforce initiatives. Support the delivery and maintenance of smart cards and access to spine-related sy s tems. Support with the timely development and production of workforce reporting. The post holder will be responsible for clerical and operational duties that ensure the orderly flow of information between all stakeholders. This includes diary management, document preparation and circulation. Supporting the delivery of performance targets including activity, governance and workforce, and others as applicable. Accountable to the ESR & Expenses Manager, the post holder will assist with the development and distribution of relevant policies and procedures. Support the delivery of customer focused training in collaboration with software supplier(s). Working for our organisation ESR & Expenses is a small, friendly and supportive team.
