Warehouse Operative PM Shift (Warehouse Solutions) - Worcester
Job Introduction
* 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (minimum guaranteed)
* £12.21 basic hourly rate, plus 10% Shift Allowance
* 14:00-22:00 shift hours
* Overtime and extra shifts are available during peak trading times paid at time and a half
* 7th shift paid at double time

Main Responsibilities
Your role will include:
* Picking customer orders from designated locations
* Accurately loading and unloading inbound and outbound vehicles
* Checking paperwork for accuracy
* Safely moving and categorising customer items within the warehouse
* Following all Health and Safety policies and procedures
* Working effectively as part of a team
* Safely operating ArrowXL technical equipment
* Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
* Representing ArrowXL professionally at all times
The Ideal Candidate
It is essential that you have:
* Experience in a similar fast-paced operational environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Ability to prioritise Health and Safety for yourself and colleagues
* Confidence working with computer systems (training will be provided)
* A reliable, punctual, and flexible approach
