The Senior Product Manager, will take ownership of a high-impact product area at the centre of the business’s long-term growth strategy, balancing innovation, commercial performance and customer outcomes.
Role Highlights
* Own and evolve the roadmap for a core savings proposition with significant commercial importance
* Lead end-to-end delivery, from discovery through to implementation and optimisation
* Drive product innovation across both growth initiatives and new proposition launches
* Partner with engineering, design, risk and commercial teams in cross-functional squads of 8–10 people
* Shape customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies to support ambitious scaling goals
You Will Need
* Proven experience delivering financial products from concept through to launch
* Exposure in a 0-1 product environment.
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer value and business performance
* Deep knowledge of savings, deposits or related regulated financial products with exposure of building digital experiences rather than building the proposition.
* Experience within fintech in startup, scale up scaling environments rather than large traditional institutions
