Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a real difference in their early education? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Andover (SP10 and surrounding areas).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to start or continue their career in education, providing classroom support and helping children achieve their full potential.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting children in the classroom with their learning
* Working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils who need extra help
* Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
* Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a safe, engaging environment
About you:
* Experience working with children (schools, clubs, or volunteering are all welcome)
* A patient, caring and supportive attitude
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (or already on the Update Service)
Pay and benefits:
* Pay starts from £13.75 per hour
* Weekly pay through PAYE – no umbrella company fees
